– Does the hotel have a garage?
Yes, the hotel does have a garage. It is located in a building very close by, behind the hotel. You can access it before checking in at the hotel (on Google Maps: GARAJE NUEVO TORRELUZ; there are also signs in the city).

• The garage price is €13.10 per vehicle per day, VAT included. We recommend checking our website for room and garage package deals.
• The maximum height allowed in the garage is 2.00 meters. However, if your vehicle exceeds this height, up to a maximum of 2.30 meters, you can request it in advance upon arrival at reception.

– Do you offer breakfast?
Yes, we offer breakfast. It is a buffet-style breakfast available at the following times:

• Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
• The price is €9 per person per day, including VAT. However, if you book in advance along with your room reservation on our website, the price is €7 per person per day.

– From what time can I have the reserved room?
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and rooms may be available from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. Check-out time is until 12:00 PM.

– Can I travel with my pet?
Accommodation with pets is not allowed (except guide dogs).

– Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
Smoking is prohibited throughout the establishment, including the rooms (failure to comply will incur an additional cost, as stated in the internal regulations).

– If I stay at Hotel Nuevo Torreluz, is there a cost for using the gym and the Solarium-SPA?
Usage is subject to availability and by prior reservation.
There is no additional cost for using the gym.
The price for using the Solarium-SPA is 7€ (check our website for room types that include it at no additional cost).

– Do you offer half board and/or full board?
It is not available. We offer our Bar-Taberna located at the entrance of Hotel Nuevo Torreluz, where you can have your lunch and dinner every day of the week. It has a terrace open all year round.

– Do you have jacuzzi in the rooms?
No. Our jacuzzi is located on the terrace-solarium and is for shared use among multiple guests.
